SandePly Maple panels are supplied in 48.5” x 96.5” sheets, with 1/2" oversize options available for clean edge trimming in the shop. Thickness options include 5.2 mm, 9 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm, and 25 mm, each panel featuring a whole-piece C-grade white maple face paired with a #2 whole-piece white back over a lightweight, stable SandePly core.

Panels are manufactured with alternating veneer layers and crosswise grain directions to maximize dimensional stability, strength, and stiffness. Moisture content is tightly controlled using state-of-the-art technology, delivering a flatter panel that performs predictably and consistently sheet after sheet.

SandePly Maple features a decorative hardwood veneer engineered for paint-grade, stain-grade, and clear-coat finishes, as well as custom laminating and general fabrication. Always test finishing systems and adhesives for your specific process.

Available documentation includes CARB Phase II / ATCM 93120 and EPA TSCA Title VI information, ULEF-exempt documentation where applicable, and Safety Data Sheets.
