SandePly HPL panels are supplied in 48.5” x 96.5” sheets. Product data sheets are available for 12 mm and 18 mm options, including one-sided and two-sided HPL configurations.

Panels are manufactured with alternating layers and grain direction to ensure dimensional stability. Moisture content is tightly controlled with state-of-the-art technology to provide a panel that stays flat and performs, consistently.

HPL surfaces are manufactured from resin-impregnated papers compressed under high pressure and temperature, providing resistance to impact, abrasion, moisture, and chemicals.

Available documentation includes CARB Phase II / ATCM 93120 and EPA TSCA Title VI information for qualifying products and facilities.

Green Forest Products supports customers through weekly sailings to the US. For even shorter lead times, contact Green Forest Products about warehousing opportunities.

HPL panels are built on the SandePly platform from Endesa, supported by the same integrated sourcing and quality story.

SandePly offers consistent thickness, stable construction, great screw holding, a virtually void-free core, and smooth faces. Product data and application guidance are available upon request.

Our team can help with product selection, thickness, application fit, distributor support, compliance documents, and sample requests.

WHY IT MATTERS

A durable laminate surface on a lightweight SandePly core

HPL on SandePly combines the surface protection of high-pressure laminate with the strength and stability of a lightweight Sande core.
Built for high-use surfaces
The HPL surface resists impact, abrasion, and moisture, helping withstand daily wear in busy commercial or residential settings.
Stable beneath the surface
The lightweight, virtually void-free SandePly core supports flatness and dimensional stability while preventing core defects from telegraphing through the HPL surface.
Ready for commercial environments
Ideal for store fixtures, lab tables, partitions, displays, work surfaces, cabinet panels and commercial furniture where surface durability matters.
